Refund & Exchange

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact me straight away so I can arrange a return at my expense and sort the problem out for you so you are happy. Mistakes happen and I am 100% committed to rectifying any issues you may have if something is damaged or becomes defective.

If you do not want the item you have bought as in you changed your mind, then all buyers must notify me of their wish to return the items within 7 days of receiving your package. Its ok if you need to time to send it back, but do get in contact with me within 7 days. Delivery confirmation will show me when you received the package. These items are hand-made and take time, they are not factory produced. I only offer refunds on Standard Sized and non-customised items.

NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOMS.

 All returns must be in original packaging with receipts, and NOT WORN (except trying it on). If you request a special size in any of my items, and the size is wrong due to you not measuring correctly or giving me incorrect information, you will need to pay for additional costs for a new item to be made for you. i.e new leather and non-re-usable hardware from your original item. You may not return it for a refund.

For custom made items there is a NO RETURNS policy. This is due to me not being able to re-sell custom sized pieces which have been special made for you. (I am more than happy to work something out for you with a new piece)  Please get your size correct! If I am in error I will pay for shipping for the item to be sent back to me and make a new item for free for you. Please ask me any questions first if you are unsure about anything, I am more than happy to help you!!

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES:

  • From the date of arrive, you have 7 days to request your return.
  • Email hello@ademishia.com with your name, order number & the items you wish you return.
  • You will then be given instructions on how to return your item. You can receive a credit note, refund or exchange.
  • Items must be posted back within 5 business days after being approved, otherwise they may be rejected.
  • If you requested an 'exchange' you will need to pay the shipping cost to have the items sent back out. We will text you when your items are ready to be sent. 
  • Online returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving.
